Our system will require a credit card number for all appointments over 15 min. The information will be securely stored in our square system and will not be charged unless a client cancels with less then a 24 hour notice or in case of now shows, in which the client will be charged the full amount.
All charges will be notified to the client first. We will only need the card information once, unless you may need to update your card information.
Payment failure will automatically put a hold on the account and the client may not book another appointment until the balance has been paid full. Don’t hesitate to call us for more information
